About Me
Dr. Ramy Elias is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with Long Beach Orthopedic Institute in Long Beach & Lakewood.
His clinical interests include sports medicine, arthroscopic surgery, and minimally invasive total joint replacement as well as the continuum of orthopedic procedures.
He received his medical degree from the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine Dr. Elias completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Henry Ford Hospital in where he was recognized as Chief Resident. He is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Dr. Elias believes in the importance of the physician-patient relationship and providing personalized care. He takes time to bond with his patients resulting in transparent conversations, build trust, and educate them on treatment options for their concerns. His most recent acknowledgments, and perhaps the most personally significant, came from the online patient resource Vitals – Patients Choice Award and Compassionate Doctor Recognition.
During his free time, Dr. Elias enjoys boating and spending time with his friends and family.
