About Me

“Since I was a child I have loved the field of medicine, and I had wanted to be medical doctor since I was twelve years old especially in family practice. My ultimate satisfaction in working with patients is getting to be their confidant, their friend and most importantly their advocate. I believe my patients feel my compassion for their overall health. I treat them as I would any of my relatives. I was very close to my grandmother had severe dementia. I cared for her while I was doing my undergrad work at UCI.”

Dr. Sheidayi grew up in Southern California, eventually moving to Orange County with his family while in high school. After earning his BS in Biological Sciences from UCI, he completed his medical education at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Missouri and his residency at St. James Olympia Fields Hospital in Illinois. He returned to Southern California and opened his practice in 2001. In addition to English, he is fluent in Spanish and Persian.

A lifelong volunteer, Dr. Sheidayi has donated his time to helping others and teaching. His other hobbies include playing the organ, tennis, and spending time with his wife and the joy of his life, his little daughter.
