About

Judy Chan, NP, studied to become an Adult Nurse Practitioner at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA. She then studied Nurse Midwifery at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, although she is not currently delivering babies. Judy chose a career in medicine because her parents taught her the importance of helping others at a young age and later encouraged her to go into the nursing field. During her time in nursing school, Judy decided to pursue women’s health because she wanted to become a healthcare provider who could help empower other women as they encounter medical problems in various stages of their lives.

I enjoy explaining, teaching, and answering all of my patients' questions to the best of my knowledge and ability. Seeing my patients understand and appreciate the care I provide gives me the most satisfaction. I enjoy spending time getting to know each patient and learn about their lives and family.

Judy is originally from California but later moved to Tennessee, where she spent her middle school, high school, and college years. She grew up speaking Korean at home with her parents and as a result is fluent in the Korean language. Outside of medicine, Judy enjoys playing volleyball, tennis, and ping pong. She and her son also love going to the beach whenever they get a chance to enjoy the beautiful weather.
