About

Since 1986, I have practiced Vitreo-Retinal Ophthalmology in Long Beach and Orange County. Our headquarters in Huntington Beach are fully equipped with digital fluorescein angiography, ultrasonography, combined optical coherence tomography-scanning laser ophthalmoscopy and prototype contrast sensitivity and central visual field testing technology. The full range of therapeutic (injections, laser and cryotherapy) instrumentation is available on-site.

Apart from providing the most advanced standard of care treatments for diseases of the vitreous, macula, and retina, I am involved in pioneering therapies, both medical and surgical with outstanding results. As a teacher, researcher, and frequently invited lecturer I am a very active academician, however my primary focus is to provide excellent clinical care with emphasis on caring.

From 2010-2014 (5 years in a row) Dr. Sebag has been the only vitreo-retinal surgeon in Long Beach and Orange County to be selected by L.A. Magazine as "Super Doctor of Southern California, as selected by his peers" based on a polling of 31,000 physicians who were asked: "If you had a problem who would you select as your doctor?". Dr. Sebag has also been selected by The Orange County Medical Association as a "Physician of Excellence" for 2014.
