About
Dr. Jerry Hsieh grew up in Northern Virginia just outside of Washington, D.C. He received his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. Afterward, he continued his medical training at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he completed a residency in Internal Medicine and a combined fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. He moved to Orange County in 2017 and has been serving the OC population ever since.
Dr. Hsieh is an expert at diagnosing and treating all pulmonary conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, lung cancer, pulmonary embolism (PE), pulmonary hypertension, and various interstitial lung diseases. He is additionally trained to perform bronchoscopy and endobronchial ultrasound to biopsy lung nodules to aid in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
Dr. Hsieh enjoys working with his patients to help them better understand and manage their disease processes so they become the healthiest they can be.
When not at work, Dr. Hsieh enjoys playing tennis, swimming, coding, and spending time with his wife and son.
