Dr. Beshay has been my doctor for over 10 years. I came to see him right after I turned 50yrs old. I quit booze and drugs and I got diabetes immediately my blood glucose was over 900 in the ER. He had a dietician named Suzi. I was scared and thought my life was over. Suzi said I'm gonna show you how to eat and exercise and we will reverse your diabetes. So by following direction and a desire to have a good life my diabetes was reversed in less than 2 years and my A1C stayed under 5.7 almost the whole time since then. He has saved my life more than once and his staff is always kind and super efficient when it comes to getting referrals to specialists in a hurry. I'm really lucky to be his patient because he cares about me and that is important to me. My visit this time was a walk in with no appointment. I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen

She made me feel so comfortable and heard everything I was saying with care. I’ve avoided the dr for a very long time but will not be pushing off appts now that I’ve found this medical group.

That I was able to talk with Dr Beshay regarding my concerns and he explained his reasons for directing me the way he thought was best for me. I only wish that I had more time because I had a question I forgot to ask him. Dr Beshay is a very nice person, he makes you feel comfortable and he is a good physician. I'm glad that I chose to continue with my medical care with him.

Friendly staff that took care of all of my concerns. I was referred appropriately to the specialist that I needed. The provider who assisted me was able to answer all of my questions.

Dr. Isaac Beshay was fantastic—he was attentive, compassionate, and took the time to thoroughly understand my health condition, which helped ease my concerns significantly. However, I had a less positive experience with one of his medical staff members, a younger woman who appeared to be inexperienced in her role as a medical assistant. While I understand that everyone is learning, her lack of proficiency in drawing blood made the process more uncomfortable than it needed to be. I hope that with more experience, her skills will improve to match the overall high quality of care at the office..

Phone services- No answer , keep putting on hold then it hangs up. Making appointments are usually 2-3 weeks out. I wish services would improve, we the patients have to move to other sites. Thank you.

If I could give this zero stars I would! My loved one was had a poly traumatic event and needed multiple referrals. The office staff consistently got the codes wrong for insurance and was incredibly unfriendly. We had to go in multiple times in person to just ask for referrals. We also felt that Dr. Beshay treated these injuries with no concern at all. He was incredibly nonchalant about the entire event even though we were dealing with a skull fracture plus other fractures. Would NEVER recommend this office to anyone!! Run for the hills!

These people NEVER return my calls. For years they have never ONCE returned my calls and now im pissed. I was in an accident and NEED a referral to an ortho and with me leaving messages and attempting to schedule an appt so my arm can heal and can't go so i have to look for a new doctor because i have job interviews im skipping out on and actually WANT my body to heal properly.

Dr Beshay is fine, but his staff is terrible. They are rude and unhelpful on the phone. I tried to get a referral for a neurologist. The first referral I got was for a doctor who wouldn't answer the phone and had terrible reviews from patients. I called back to get a new referral and no one contacted me for several weeks. When I called back to follow up, they didn't remember speaking to me and when they did send me a new referral, it was for the exact same doctor. I will not be returning.

Unfortunately I head a very unpleasant experience. When I first scheduled an appointment, I decided to wait 1-2 weeks longer in order to see Dr. Issac rather than a nurse practitioner. When I arrived, I only saw the nurse practitioner, then she said doctor Issac will show up… but the doctor NEVER showed up the entire visit.When I asked them why the doctor never showed they said the staff “thought he already saw” me.Seriously? Is this the standard of level of care that Doctor Issac Bechay provides his patients? Do you just forget to see your patients?

They double book patients and then still prioritize the walk ins. I waited for an hour after my appointment time just to be told there's two more people ahead of me and sorry but "they double book in case of cancellations".

I have been with this Doctor for 10 years and am serious when I say don't waste your time. I have a medical problem with serious lower back issues. I have been diagnosed and the Doctor has my x-rays and MRI on file. For my back pain I have only ever taken aspirin. Recently I have experienced severe lower back issues and went to him for pain medication and he refused to fill a prescription. He gave no reason. I have asked this guy for nothing in 10 years. I explained what a terrible Doctor he is in great detail and he didn't seem to appreciate that. I stand by everything I said. I figured going to see the pain management clinic would be the best step to take. upon my arrival at the pain management clinic I was told by the Doctor that he spoke with DR. Beshay and was told by him I was abusive and seeking drugs. In 10 years I have asked for nothing from DR. Beshay. The fact that he is attempting to thwart my treatment with gossip seems highly unethical. I wouldn't waste my time...

I am a senior. I had been asking for a specific medication for sleep.And repeatedly denied and offered a new medication for sleep, Ambien. I told him I didn't want Ambien. So, I got nothing to help me. I asked for an old tried and true medicine. And only temporary.5 days only. Denied. So if you come to Dr. Beshays, you have to take what he gives and not what you ask for. I'm not saying he will intentionally harm you. But he won't take into consideration that you know your body and prescribe what works best for you. No. He won't listen to your plea's. His word is final. Unless you give in to his ideology on medications you will be out of luck.I would advise you to consider someone else to trust in, that would listen and consider what medications you prefer to put into your body. Not push newer medications you've never taken before and don't know how you body will react to.
