His clinical interest includes research conducted on patients with coronary artery disease. The safety of an anti-inflammatory medicine was observed, which was coated on a metal mesh tube, or stent. The study determined how much medicine is absorbed into the blood stream from the stent, and if it will keep the artery open, for a longer period of time.
