About Me
Dr. Gin Lee-Hong immigrated from Korea to Los Angeles at age 9. She received her Bachelor of Arts from U.C. Berkeley in Psychology and her medical degree from Loyola University in Chicago. Dr. Lee-Hong completed her residency at Children's Hospital, Los Angeles. She started practicing pediatrics in Santa Monica in 1993. She has been at Columbia Pediatrics since 1997.
Dr. Lee-Hong is board certified in Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is on staff at Miller Children's Hospital and is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pediatrics at U.C. Irvine and enjoys teaching medical students who rotate through her office. Dr. Lee-Hong has a special interest in allergy, asthma and immunology.
Dr. Lee-Hong is married and has two daughters (both named after figure skaters). She enjoys singing, playing tennis, skiing, traveling and spending time with her family.
