Etsegenet T Ayele, MD

Etsegenet Ayele, MD is a board-certified physician of internal medicine. She received her medical degree from Minsk State Medical School, Belarus and completed her residency at United Hospital Medical Center/University of Medicine and Dentistry NJ-Newark NJ.

“I knew I wanted to be a physician since I was 8 years old. I like listening to my patients’ stories and I take great satisfaction in helping them and caring for them.”

Dr. Ayele loves gardening and enjoys exercise. She lectures to Senior Citizen groups and High School students on Career Days. Dr. Ayele was a team physician at the 2004 US Open Badminton Championship and the 2005 World Badminton Championship. She also speaks multiple languages, including Amharic and Russian.
