Edward Kocharian, MD

Edward Kocharian, M.D. was interested in medicine from the time he was a young boy growing up in Armenia. “To me, medicine is an art and not just treatment and diagnosis,” he says. “I have always been interested in mastering the art of combining the diagnostical challenge and treatment with a personalized care and approach. Internal Medicine provides wider opportunities and more challenges, which was appealing to me.”

Dr. Kocharian graduated from the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine’s Internal Medicine program in 1998. He has been in practice for over 25 years, first in Cleveland, OH and then in California, where he moved for family reasons. He believes in building trustful partnerships based on respect within a comfortable and professional environment.

I provide up-to-date, compassionate care personalized to each patient. I take time to develop close relationships with my patients and working together, and guide them to healthy lifestyle.

Dr. Kocharian speaks Armenian and Russian, and his staff speaks Spanish. Out of the office, he enjoys listening to music and visiting our national parks.
