Dr. Crockett is board certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has received his Medical Degree from the University of Southern California Keck School Of Medicine. Dr. Crockett did his Residency at the Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center. He then completed a Pediatric Otolaryngology Fellowship at Boston Children's Hospital. He returned to California and became an Associate Professor in USC's Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (USC University Hospital and Childrens Hospital Los Angeles).

Dr. Crockett has been one of the "Doctors of USC" since 1987. He was voted one of Castle-Connolly's "America's Top Doctors" and "America's Top Doctors for Cancer". His special interests include pediatric otolaryngology/pediatric head and neck tumors, adult head and neck cancer and thyroid/parathyroid surgery, pediatric/adult airway reconstruction, pediatric/adult sinus surgery, and external ear reconstruction.
