About Me

Dr. Veneziano is originally from New England. He obtained his undergraduate training at Providence College and then completed medical school at New York Medical College, Valhalla, NY. He remained in New York completing internship and residency at the New York Medical College, Westchester Medical Center and St. Vincent Catholic Medical Centers, Manhattan Programs.

During residency, he worked as an assistant team physician for professional hockey team, the New York Rangers. After residency, he moved to Washington, DC where he received intensive training in Sports Medicine and arthroscopic surgery at the Georgetown University Hospital/Nirschl Orthopedic Sports Medicine and Joint Reconstruction Clinic. There, he was responsible for the care of local high school and college athletes, and trained with the team physician for the NFL's Washington Redskins. Dr. Veneziano sees patients for general orthopedic problems and injuries, and specializes in sports injuries.
