About Me

Dr. Borys Gvozdyev specializes in orthopedic spine surgery. He completed his medical school training at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine, graduating with honors. Dr. Gvozdyev continued his studies in orthopedics at Columbia University where he did his internship and residency. Dr. Gvozdyev has been fellowship-trained by the world-renowned Norton Leatherman Spine Center in Louisville, Kentucky. He enjoys international medical volunteering, classical music, modern art, biking, and surfing. Dr. Gvozdyev is fluent in English, Russian, and Ukrainian.

Special Interests

Advanced techniques for the evaluation, non-operative and operative treatment of the full spectrum of primary spinal disorders including trauma, degenerative, deformity, tumor and reconstruction.
