Ari R Youderian, MD

Dr. Youderian is a board-certified, orthopedic surgeon who specializes in the care and treatment of complex injuries, fractures and arthritis of the shoulder, upper arm and elbow. Prior to SCOS, Dr. Youderian practiced for several years in Chicago at the Illinois Bone & Joint Institute.

Dr. Youderian is originally from West Caldwell, New Jersey. He completed his undergraduate studies at Northwestern University with a degree in biomedical engineering. He graduated with Honors from University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine and then remained at the University of Illinois at Chicago for his orthopedic residency. Dr. Youderian then completed a fellowship in orthopedic shoulder and elbow surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio.

Dr. Youderian specializes in treating shoulder and elbow conditions arising from arthritis, fractures, dislocations, injury or tear. His expertise includes reverse and total shoulder replacement and fracture care of the shoulder, upper arm and elbow. He is skilled at minimally invasive, arthroscopic and open surgery.
