About
Dr. Aminian specializes in the care and treatment of the foot and ankle. Since 2009 he has served as a Clinical Faculty at Harbor-UCLA department of orthopaedics. Dr. Aminian is originally from Chicago. He completed his undergraduate studies at Washington University, St. Louis; medical school at the University of Rochester, Rochester NY; and internship and orthopaedic residency at Northwestern University, Chicago.
He completed his fellowship in orthopaedic foot and ankle surgery at the University of Washington, Seattle. Dr. Aminian specializes in treating foot and ankle conditions created by sports injuries, fractures, arthritis or deformity. His experiences include total ankle replacements, tendon and cartilage repair, as well as foot and ankle reconstruction. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society.
