Dr. Moskow is from Philadelphia. He attended the University of Pennsylvania for both his undergraduate and medical school studies where he became a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He also completed his internship and residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

He fellowship trained in hand and microvascular surgery at Sydney Hospital Hand Center, world-renowned center for hand surgery, in Sydney, Australia. He is a Clinical Instructor, School of Medicine, Dept. of Orthopedics, UC Irvine. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and holds an added certificate in hand surgery. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a Member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. He limits his practice to treatment of the hand and upper extremity. He is team physician for Laguna Hills H.S. He came to the Saddleback area in 1990.
