“Colon Adjuvant Chemotherapy Based on Evaluation of Residual Disease”
Our goal is to provide Level 1 evidence that post-operative ctDNA status can be reliably used to determine intensity of adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with colon cancer. If this study is successful, the absence of ctDNA post-resection would subsequently guide medical oncologists to de-escalate the intensity of adjuvant therapy.
